Quinn was knowledgeable upon our first meeting about what our goals were to be to get our parents home sold. He didn't sugar coat the challenges we would face listing early winter, but remained optimistic that it would sell. He gave us great advise to think about; both pros and cons when faced with offers. He made him self available to answer any questions that we had. Where I believe he shined the most is during the buyers request for repairs. He was calm during what felt like chaos to us and led us to close very professionally.

Selling your house is a hard thing to do. Between knowing how to stage it, how to price it, knowing the right people to fix items, and all the little ins and outs; there is a lot. Quinn Thurin was awesome. The best thing about Quinn was that he was impeccably honest. He never tried to convince us to buy a place in order to make a quick sale. To the contrary, he pointed out reasons why we might not want to buy a place. He told us things we didn't want to hear, which is an ideal quality in an agent. He was extremely accommodating in arranging for Zoom tours of houses because we were remote buyers (which I'm sure is a lot more work for a buyer's agent). He also knew everything about every neighborhood in South Bend, and he had tons of general knowledge about houses. We feel that we made the best choice of agent possible.

Quinn Thurin did a fantastic job helping us to find our new home - during a time period with limited houses up for sale. We would get email notification any time a new house would come on the market for sale and if we liked it- Quinn would get us in to see right away. He knew that we needed to find a new home because he also helped us to sell our home in 2 days. He was patient and handled any crazy questions we might come up with to ask- and it didn't matter what time of day. He would get back to us quickly. He made magic happen so that we could sell and buy on the same closing dates. Trust me it did take some Magic- the new place had some work to be done outside- and this was winter.
